8 Account Suspension & Closure
Suspension by da444: da444 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension include, but are not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity or age verification within a specified period, a chargeback or payment dispute, or at the request of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
During a Suspension: A suspended account is prevented from making deposits, placing wagers, or requesting withdrawals. The account balance is held securely and will not be forfeited solely on the basis of the suspension unless the investigation concludes that the balance was derived from prohibited conduct. da444 aims to resolve suspension investigations within ten (10) business days and will communicate with the affected player via their registered email address throughout the process.
Permanent Closure by da444: Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or underage gambling — da444 reserves the right to permanently close the account, void any pending bets, and forfeit the account balance in whole or in part.
